Thanks to the perfect axial rotation of 360° the combination AL+OP can guarantee a perfect film defect distribution
for the best reel planarity.
A special pneumatic movement guarantee the easy turning bars opening for line start up.
Thanks to the special drilling design and DURAFLON coating with a perfect low friction surface is guaranteed.
BEXTRA
Represents the state of the art of the HAUL OFF UNITS
Realized with a “Heavy Duty” structure can be customized following the customer’s request, and can be equipped
with double cooling rolls, gusseting system or side guide system.
Gusseting System and side guide system are available with motorized control and can guarantee a perfect
movement up to the centre of the haul off roll.
Collapsing frame are available with Carbon Fibre Rolls or Aluminium Rolls , and the movement is done by electrical
actuators.
Many optional are available such as Position Potentiometer & Complete control cabinet with PLC.
